La Secretaría de Salud dio a conocer el convenio que celebró con el estado de Sonora en materia de ministración de subsidios para el fortalecimiento de acciones de salud pública.

En la edición del Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) señaló que el convenio tiene por objeto ministrar recursos presupuestarios federales, en carácter de subsidios, así como insumos federales al gobierno de Sonora para que esta entidad coordine su participación con la Secretaría de Salud.

Esto, detalla, en términos de lo previsto en los artículos 9 y 13, apartado B de la Ley General de Salud, en la ejecución de los 36 Programas de Acción Específicos, que comprende la realización de intervenciones y el cumplimiento de metas de cada uno de ellos, a fin de permitir al gobierno de Sonora su adecuada instrumentación, así como fortalecer la integralidad de las acciones de prevención y promoción de la salud.

En el documento publicado este martes se subraya que para la realización de las acciones objeto del presente instrumento, la Secretaría de Salud ministrará, con cargo a su presupuesto, al estado de Sonora recursos federales, en carácter de subsidios, hasta por la cantidad de 67 millones 338 mil 725 pesos.

Para efectos de este acuerdo se entenderá como Unidad Ejecutora a la Secretaría de Salud Pública y Servicios de Salud de Sonora.

Se estipula que el convenio se mantendrá vigente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2017.
