Harvey, now tropical storm, makes new landfall in Louisiana from Isabella Russell's blog

Harvey, now a tropical storm, made its third landfall just west of Cameron, Louisiana at 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning. Harvey, which first made landfall on Friday in Texas as a category 4 hurricane, has dumped as much as 51 inches of rain on some parts of the state. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for parts of southeast Texas, including Beaumont and Port Arthur, which received as much as 2 feet of rain in some areas overnight.
